Hi Krishna,
Can you see the data in RSA3 for that Datasource...if not then activate the DS in ECC and Replicate the same in BW.Again check for data in RSA3 of ECC.
In BW, Collect the Transformation and infosorces till DSO once again and move the TR to QA/PRD.
